Before you start your course:

• A detailed needs analysis helps us understand why you are taking English training, and what you hope to achieve
• We adapt the training package to  align with your objectives, your pace and your priorities

During your course:

• We ensure that you are progressing through evaluation and adjustment of the course content
• A detailed end of course report explains where you have made progress, and identifies the  areas you need to focus on next
• You receive an end of course certificate as proof of your studies

After your course:

• Use your end of course report to set new goals
• Stay in touch with other course participants through our YouTube livestreams and our alumni network

A social experience

Immerse yourself in the local way of life; the varied food culture, lively street markets, rich theatre scene and much more. All of this gives you a greater understanding of our culture which will help your language learning.

With a programme of activities, guides, trips and recommendations, we have a wealth of knowledge to help you make the most of your time in London. Relax and enjoy meals, tea and coffee whilst chatting in English with other students in our restaurant and outdoor terrace. 

For clients doing Virtual Groups or individual online training, there are also opportunities for you to join online activities.

Homestays  

One of the best ways to understand the local culture is to stay with one of our homestay families. Staying in a homestay gives you a unique view of British family life, the way that we communicate, the topics we talk about and, of course, the famous British humour! 

Relax in a comfortable environment

Learning continues outside of the classroom; relax on the terrace or in our restaurant and chat in English with staff and other students. The centre at Holland Park Gardens is an elegant historic building in west London, near tranquil Holland Park, bohemian Notting Hill, and a short walk from Europe’s largest shopping centre. Stroll to the nearby shops and cafés to practise your English independently.

We have introduced measures to help keep you Covid-safe; we have changed the layout of the classrooms to allow social distancing and introduced rules to ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the building, and at our homestay families and residences. Discover British heritage

There is so much to explore, from the many art galleries, royal palaces and museums to magnificent architecture. We carefully plan the social programme to make sure that you some of the most interesting of these during your stay.

London is often called the culture capital of the world and has been shaped over the years by the great number of different cultures that call the city their home. Many people are surprised to learn that London is the greenest major city in Europe thanks to its large parks, gardens and woodland.
